How we use AI

We use AI to accelerate engineering, research, drafting, and support workflows — and we build AI features into client products. AI augments our team; it does not replace human judgement.

Human review

AI outputs that affect clients or ship to production are reviewed by a person. We do not let unreviewed model output make consequential decisions on your behalf.

Data isolation

Client data used with AI systems is scoped to that engagement. We do not commingle client datasets across projects.

No training on your data

Your data is not our training set

We do not train foundation models on your confidential data, and we use providers whose terms prohibit training on submitted content where applicable.

Limitations

AI systems can be confidently wrong, hallucinate, or reflect gaps in their training data. We design guardrails, evaluation, and fallbacks accordingly.

Bias & fairness

We assess AI features for foreseeable bias and unfair outcomes, and we prefer transparent, testable approaches over opaque ones.

Transparency

When you interact with an AI feature we build, we make that clear. We document how it works, its intended use, and its known limits.
